Reasons to love it – and reasons not to

The hotel’s prime location near Ben Thanh Market and the stunning executive room view certainly make a standout experience. Clean, comfortable, and modern, it provides excellent amenities for a pleasant stay.

My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. We faced issues with the check-in process, as the receptionist informed us our second room would be delayed significantly, leading to a long wait. Additionally, the temporary room was dark, lacking any windows and basic amenities like a kettle. To make matters worse, upon checkout, we were unfairly charged for a towel that had a minor stain, which felt unjust given the circumstances.

The hotel is excellently positioned right next to Ben Thanh Market, providing easy access to local attractions. While the room I had was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom lacked privacy and had a somewhat unclean window. Breakfast options were decent but could have been more varied.

Great central location, warm hospitality.

The woman at reception, Ms. Nham, was super helpful with my needs, and I loved the comfy pillows and cozy bed. I enjoyed a relaxing massage followed by a sauna session, which was a perfect way to unwind. The lobby could use a bit more lighting, but overall, it was a fantastic stay—definitely grab a bite at the cafe! 😊

The senior deluxe double room was super comfy with a king-size bed and nice view of Ben Thanh Market. The bathroom had a bathtub and modern amenities like free toiletries. Air conditioning worked great, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast had fresh fruits and local dishes. Right in the heart of Saigon, so easy to explore!

But let’s keep it real—the lobby and hallways felt like a low-lit cave, definitely need some brightening up. Plus, breakfast was pretty basic, a little variety wouldn't hurt!

We recently enjoyed our stay in the Senior Deluxe Double Room at A&Em Phan Boi Chau for two nights. The room was comfortable, with a cozy king-size bed, and the view of Ben Thanh Market was stunning. The bathroom featured modern amenities, and the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was pleasant.

I had a great stay for 2 nights! The stunning view of Ben Thanh Market from my room was absolutely breathtaking 🌟. However, breakfast could use more variety.
